INSURANCE
We are in network with Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield of TN. We will file an out of network dental insurance as a courtesy, however, you will need to verify your “out of network” benefits with your insurance prior to your appointment. We cannot do this for you.
If you are not filing with dental insurance, payment is due, in full, at time of service. We accept credit card, check and/or cash as form of payment.
CARECREDIT
Our office also accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out of pocket expenses not covered by your dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it immediately, again and again with interest free installments. Applying is easy and provided in the link below!
